Cancellations and Reschedules
All cancellations and reschedules, must be done before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Failure to do so will result in a $50 rebooking fee.
Due before your next appointment can be booked.
Refunds
No Refunds on any services
Product refunds will reflect the amount of product that has be used
Adujstments
Loving your hair is my top priority
If you are unhappy with your service, please notify me within 7 days of the provided service,
I will happily go over options of adjustments and we will schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment.
Going to another stylist, or adjusting your own hair voids all adjustment appointment possibilities.
Late Policy
Communication is Key
Notify me if you are running late, no communication can result in a no-show
15 minutes late can result the need to reschedule your appointment with the added rebooking fee.
If you are more than 20 minutes late and haven't communicated, this will result in a no-show.
No Show
Communication is Key
100% of the scheduled services will need to be paid.
This cannot be used towards any future services.
One no show will result in being permanently banned from any future services.
Children at the Salon
No children are allowed in salon without their own appointment.
This is for the safety of your children,
For a Child Appointment the following is required.
✨Ability to sit still for the duration of the service
✨Ability to follow directions.
If you must bring a child, please make sure they are not running around. I have very limited space within my salon suite.
