Pink Moon Self-Care: Treat Yourself


The Pink Full Moon is the first full moon of Spring. It is a time to shake off the cold of winter and welcome the coming warmth and growth of the new season with open arms. It is a time to hope for the best of things. It is time to move forward on plans. To live richly. To breathe deeply. To treat yourself!








No Right Way


There is no “right way” to treat yourself. Treating yourself can be anything that makes you happy and brings you an extra boost of feeling good. It can be as big as an extravagant vacation. Or as small as a sprinkled doughnut with your morning coffee. Pick something that works with your life and budget. Something you don’t normally do for yourself. Something you have been holding out on. Something you have been eyeing for a while. Something you’ve been dreaming of.


Choose anything, big or small, that will make you feel special during this month of the Pink Moon.



You Deserve It

Now I know treating yourself can be hard. I know I feel like I can’t do something nice or special for myself because I don’t feel like I’ve earned it. I haven’t worked hard enough to deserve this treat. But I want you to know: YOU DESERVE IT! You don’t have to “earn” feeling special or happy. You don’t have to “put in the work” to give yourself a treat.


You exist. That’s it. That’s

all you have to do to “deserve” doing something special for yourself. You are a human going through the craziness of life. You are here. Living. Working. Breathing. Surviving. Loving. Doing the things. You deserve to treat yourself whenever you desire. So do it. Love yourself. Care for yourself. Treat yourself!!


Remember. You deserve to care for yourself, inside and out.

Take that time.

You are incredible.

You can do it.
